Photo Walk on Cherokee

I went for a walk with my friend Ann a couple of weekends ago. Our photo walks are always fun. It always crack me up how many times we jockey around to stand in the exact same spot, but we end up taking completely different shots.

Stirrup Pants on Cherokee

Chapbooks and only chapbooks. I think she highlights a different press each Saturday.

Okay, I think this is enough from this event. Maybe if I have a lull sometime I'll show you the moped gang, or the trucks full of music and dance. For now I think I'm just going to move along.

Cinco de Mayo Festivites, May 2: Kids

Sure it was the wrong day. Sure it had absolutely nothing to do with Mexican or French history. Who cares? I had fun, and I wasn't the only one.

Wacky Washrooms: Mussissippi Mud House Edition

I don't remember documenting Mississippi Mud's washroom, but it deserves it's fair share of attention.

Sunday afternoon on Cherokee

Live from Mississippi Mud, it's me, relaxing. My cafe au lait is lovely, and I'm lounging comfortably while JD and I wait for our sandwiches.

We had a little burst of bookstore action yesterday, and Julie is deep in her book (when she's not tweeting on my phone). I think I'll sink into a book, too.

I walked the block with my camera before I came in from the cold. There's always something to look at on Cherokee.
