Julie convinced me to stay productive yesterday, even though I was home from work with a head cold...
I threw out the snappy old NuFam Photo website. I hadn't updated the gallery in ages, and it annoyed me. I have replaced it with a vanity gallery, full of quickie slideshows in a variety of subjects.

Left Bank Books in Seattle

Left Bank Books in St. Louis (No relation.)
Again, I don't have pictures of the outside of the shop, but I do have pics of Kris Kleindienst thanking D.A. Powell for his poetry reading at the new downtown store...

and Alison Bechdel reading at the Central West End store...

and staff members posing as famous LGBT writers, marching in last summer's Pride Parade...

I also credit Left Bank with being the root cause of my last 6 years of domestic happiness, but, really, it wouldn't have been the same without the bar, the eclipse, and the really annoyingly bad music.

Sisters' in Seattle

Sisters' in Confluence, PA

I don't actually have a pic of the front of the Cafe, but you can see it (and the other dining options in Confluence) on the city's website.
Folks familiar with the Allegheny Passage bike trail have probably wandered through Confluence at some point. I think it's about 14 miles down the trail from Ohiopyle.
If you needs to find my dad for something on a Saturday morning, go to Sisters' (in Confluence). He's probably sitting at the big round table near the counter with his friends.
