Mrs. Yaeber ranks

It's the skelleton of a cat tree. The trunk and the inner base are empty tubes from 44" rolls of inkjet paper. The limbs are empty lamination rolls. The outer base is chunks of PVC pipe leftover from a darkroom project. The carpet that will cover the whole thing came from freecycle. The adhesive to hold it together, the jute rope for scratching zones, and some new utility knife blades came to less than $10.

It won't be the sleekest cat tree in town, but I sure won't be too upset when she trashes it.

Since I took this, I've put carpet on the trunk and one of the limbs, and loaded the base with bbs left over from another project.

Now, however, it's time to get ready for a BBQ. Posted by Picasa
